#251 ADCC Trials Final Rematch at F2W 209, Plus One FC, Fury Grappling 5 recap.

This week on the show Maine and Miranda recap F2W 209, One FC, and Fury Grappling 5.

In the news section of the show we discuss the ADCC 2022 reserves announced including Magid Hage replacing Lucas Lepri at -77 kg, as well as the other division alternates.

We also discuss the Leandro Lo benefit seminar at Unity this weekend, and the Civil Case between Aaron Tex Jhonson Vs FloGrappling, Orlando Sanchez and the match referee for an illegal slam Tex took during a WNO match.\xa0

In the recap section of the show we kicked it off discussing Buchecha heel hook victory in 64 seconds off of a double leg in his 4th One FC fight.\xa0 Then we recapped Tommy Langakker Vs Renato Canuto in a rematch of a 2018 match.\xa0 We talked about the One FC scoring system including the rules against stalling and the fantastic pace this match was contested at, that saw Renato take off early but ended with Tommy attacking from the back and attacking with a head and arm choke from the top late in the match to take the decision win and a 50K prize.\xa0

In the recap of Fight to Win 209 we talked about the main event between Keith Krikorian vs Josh Cisneros, in a rematch of ADCC west coast Trials, we discussed the no arm triangle attempts from Keioth and the passing, top pressure, and triangle attempt from Joshj that allowed him to retain his Fight 2 Win lightweight title.\xa0

We also recapped Baret Yoshida vs Tim Mendoza that saw Yoshida retain his tile with an Assassin choke from the crucifix yet again after trapping with double overhooks from the butterfly guard and taking the back then using his own belt to finish the choke.\xa0

We broke down Mikey Zindler vs AJ Agazarm in anticipation of Aj return to -66 at ADCC, and the narrow margin that he was able to play the match to, while fitting with tradition getting kicked off the stage again at F2W.\xa0 We discussed ADCC reserve Paige Ivette quick triangle armbar submission of Jennifer Flores, and Kevin Crane vs Miha Perhavec also on the card.\xa0

In the recap of Fury Pro Grappling 5 we talked about the main and co-main event between Clay Guida and Alex Casares, and Eric \u201cYa Boi\u201d Anders vs Andre Petroski.

We discussed previewing ADCC the following week.
