In the recap section of the show we talk about Fight to Win 154 headlined by Jon \u201cThor\u201d Blank we discuss his leg entries and ultimately the sequence that lead to his heel hook win over Manuel Ribimar and the 185 pound title for F2W.
We talk about Junny Ocasio second title defense of the Bantamweight belt that saw a second submission victory via armbar triangle combo. We also discuss Nathiely de Jesus vs Maria Malyjasiak that saw a great toe hold to kneebar setup for the finish. We discuss some other matches on the card as well including a Teepee choke by Eric Naples.\xa0
In the preview section of the show we take a look at F2W 155 that sees Pati Fontes take on Grace Gundrum in one of her first matches at black belt.
