Why Aren't Public Servants Taking Vacations?

According to new research from Eagle Hill Consulting, more than a third of government employees say they haven\u2019t taken a vacation in the last 12 months. Expenses topped the reasons given for eschewing vacation time, with self-imposed pressure coming next.
