Sunday marked the beginning of summer and the Biden administration is touting the 300 million doses of COVID-19 vaccines administered. But, the nationwide vaccination rate of 54% is still far short of the 70% White House goal as the July 4 mile marker approaches. While the country is opening up and federal agencies are submitting reopening plans, the pandemic continues to be a part of Americans\u2019 lives.
