Debbie began her career in the shopping center industry as the Specialty Retail/Marketing Assistant for The Rouse Company at the South Street Seaport in New York City. As the Specialty Retail Assistant, she acted as tenant liaison and assisted in the review of prospects and leasing for the large outdoor and indoor cart, kiosk and temporary inline program.
