Jill Boehler is the inventor of the Chilly Jilly. She was always freezing in air conditioned restaurants, theatres, movies, trains, and airplanes in the summer and on vacation. \u201cSomeone should invent a wrap small enough to fit in my purse.\u201d She said. \u201cThen this problem would be solved and the summer restaurants wouldn\u2019t be so miserable\u201d At the moment she never thought that someone would be her. Chilly Jilly is approaching its two year anniversary and growing rapidly.
