Gwinnett County Schools Earned High Praise From Accreditation Agency

Gwinnett County Public Schools has retained accreditation for another five years. In the process, the district earned high praise from the agency that reviewed the district.
Cognia, the state\u2019s largest accrediting agency, also said areas of needed improvement cited in a special review last year had been resolved.
\u201cWe are committed to improving and sustaining high-quality student learning, while improving effectiveness and efficiency throughout our district,\u201d Superintendent Calvin Watts said in a news release. \u201cThough we are not perfect, this report provides evidence that we are making perfect progress.\u201d
