EP: 218 Duluth Is Looking For People For It's Advisory Board
www.GoodMorningGwinnett.com Duluth is seeking volunteers interested in serving on the city\u2019s Citizen\u2019s Budget Review Advisory Committee. Previous budget committees represented a cross section of the community and provided helpful feedback and recommendations on ways the city can be more efficient and effective. Duluth will begin its 9th collaboration with the committee on Feb. 19 for the FY2021 budget.
The first meeting establishes an overview of the city\u2019s budget process and what the budget committee\u2019s role will be in the process. Participants will be given the city\u2019s current operating budget (FY2020) and 10-year forecast presentation for review and discussion at the next meeting.
