Phil Jackson's no longer the President of the New York Knicks and Jared and Joseph are back for a special Wednesday edition of the Relatively Speaking Podcast!\n\nWhat was originally intended to be a special Free Agency Preview episode with special guest Charley Rosen, became a Phil/Knicks extravaganza, as Rosen offered insights as to why his former coaching buddy and fellow triangle aficionado was fired just two months after having the final two years of his contract picked up.\n\nRosen also spoke to Carmelo Anthony and Kristaps Porzingis not buying into the triangle offense, the role the media played in Jackson's failure, and the deterioration of the quality of basketball being played in today's NBA.\n\nJared and Joseph didn't let Rosen off the hook easily though, as they asked about Phil's inability to adapt to his roster, his communication shortcomings, and what would motivate Jackson to possibly re-sign Derrick Rose.\n\nIt is also worth noting that Charley was a good enough sport to participate in the Relatively Speaking Podcast's famous "five rapid questions." Ever wonder why he's not on Twitter or if he thinks Bill Russell can beat up Shaq in a fistfight? Wonder no more, Earthlings!\n\nRegardless if you agree or disagree with Rosen's takes, this was an insightful interview with a man who's spent over five decades around the game of basketball, and has as good of a perspective on Jackson's thought process as anyone out there.\n\nYou can follow Jared on the mean streets of Twitter @JMintzHoops.\n\nThe same for the other, more good looking host @JosephNardone.
