With only a few days left until the 2024 NFL Draft in Detroit. I wanted to give you guys my mock draft 3.0 with some pretty interesting trade ideas. In each episode, I take you through every pick in the draft and tell you what I think will happen versus what I think the team will do. I'll breakdown every pick in the first round what I like and don't about the player.\xa0\n* I had to update some of the trades.\n\n22. (Trade) JAX- CB Nate Wiggins, Clemson\nBears receive\n\n 17th overall pick\n (212nd) 6th round pick\n\nJaguars receive \n\n 22nd overall pick\n (129th) 4th round pick\n (161st) 5th round pick\n\nAfter trading back the Jags land themselves an athletic CB to add to this defense. Help cover the WRs in the AFC South (WR would be fun).\n\n23. (Trade) LAC- OT JC Latham, Alabama\nThe Chargers with a bunch of draft picks and holes on this roster look to upgrade this offensive line under OC Greg Roman. \n\n24. DAL- OT Tyler Guyton, Oklahoma\nDallas needs to nail this draft here. I think Dallas needs to consider moving out of the first round to collect more draft capital. General Manager Jerry Jones normally doesn't trade up or down in the draft and for the sake of Cowboys fans everywhere. I can't imagine there reaction if they do trade out. Nonetheless, Dallas looks to connote to rebuild there offensive line esipcally after losing future Hall of Fame Tyron Smith. \n\n25. (Trade) DEN- QB Bo Nix, Oregon\nPackers receive\n\n 12th pick\n (121st) 4th round\n\nBroncos recieve\n\n 25th overall pick\n (58th) 2nd round pick\n (96st) 4th round pick\n\nThe Broncos got exactly what they wanted and more. They got the QB they wanted and they added a couple draft picks to help build their roster. Zach Wilson isn't the answer. Bo is battle tested. \n\n26. TB- C Jacksons Powers-Johnson, Oregon\nThe Bucs need some help at the IOL position. Back to back Oregon players here. Bucs adding center Jackson Powers-Johnson is a huge addition to an offensive line that needs to protect QB Baker Mayfield and help a 32nd ranked running game. \n\n27. ARZ- ED Chop Robinson, Penn State\nCardinals need help all over the defense, but Head Coach Johnathan Gannon needs to find is stud edge rusher. \n\n28. BUF- WR Brian Thomas Jr, LSU\nBills move up 4 spots to take the speedy WR out of LSU. Bills need to give Josh Allen a new target to help replace Stefon Diggs. \n\n29. DET- ED Darius Robinson, Missouri \nNow the home team. Last year the Lions moved all over the board. This year I think they stay put and add another EDGE rusher to go opposite Aidan Hutchinson. Darius is a very versatile EDGE rusher and should fit in nicely. \n\n30. BAL- CB Kool-Aid McKinstry, Alabama\nRavens don't have a lot of needs but they need to fill out this roster. The Ravens could look to trade out of the first round to collect more draft capital, but I really like Kool-Aid McKinstry out of Alabama (Not just because of his name. This is a player that played one of the hardest positions in all of College Football. He's smart and a perfect fit for this Ravens defense. \n\n31. SF- OT Jordan Morgan, Arizona\n49ers reloaded this offseason. I like the options at IDL or CB here, but this offensive line needs an upgrade. They did return all 5 starters, but Jordan Morgan can make this offensive line better. \n\n32. KC- DT Bryon Murphy II, Texas\nWR makes a lot of sense here but I just love the value here. Adding Bryon Murphy II to pair up with the best defensive linemen in Chris Jones would be tough to defend. The Chiefs are a defense first team even with Patrick Mahomes. A lot of value in the WR position later in the draft.
