Very busy Wednesday edition of GCR with much to discuss. We kicked things off with PressBox's chief grand poobah Stan "The Fan" Charles in studio for another round of "Five Words or Less," discussing relevant sports figures like the late Kobe Bryant, Buck Showalter missing out on the Astros job, Terrell Suggs and more. We paused for a bit early on in the hour to chat with Orioles VP Greg Bader about the upcoming #BirdlandCaravan and what (if any) permanent plans the Birds have for offseason events. Early in Hour 2, BetOnline.ag Sports Book Brand Manager Dave Mason checked in to preview Super Bowl betting and props. At the bottom of Hour 2, Ourlads scouting director/former NFL scout Dan Shonka joined us to discuss what happened at the Senior Bowl, receiver and linebacker options for the Ravens in the Draft and why he believes Navy's Malcolm Perry will get selected. And we wrapped the show by chatting with Big Ten Network analyst/former Iowa star Jess Settles before tomorrow night's Maryland/Iowa showdown.
