Very busy Monday edition of GCR-another massive win for Maryland this weekend-they've proven beyond a shadow of a doubt that they're a very good team-how (if at all) has this season changed your opinion of Maryland coach Mark Turgeon? Late in Hour 1, CBSSports.com bracketologist Jerry Palm joined us to discuss his newest bracket, where the Terps are a 2 seed. What would it take to get them on the 1 line before the end of the year? Early in Hour 2, Northwestern guard/former Loyola lacrosse superstar Pat Spencer (Boys' Latin) joined us before the Wildcats come to College Park tomorrow night to face the Terps. Has basketball gone so well that he has to start thinking about it being part of his future? After that, we kicked off our 2020 GCR Mayoral Forum as mayoral candidate T.J. Smith joined us in studio to discuss the future of the Orioles, Preakness, the arena and sports betting in the city. And we wrapped the show with a visit from our pal Booker Corrigan to discuss the weekend that was in lacrosse-including Loyola taking down Hopkins, Mount St. Mary's shocking Towson, Maryland allowing a lot of goals but scoring even more, etc.
