STALLED CROWDFUNDING RULES LEAVE BUSINESS PLANS ON ICE
The JOBS Act approved in April of this year contained a provision that would allow \\u201cequity crowdfunding\\u201d allowing small and medium-size businesses to sell stock in their companies online.\\xa0 The Security and Exchange Commission (SEC) has not written the rules so that selling can begin.\\xa0 Dave feels that equity crowdfunding is a great idea and would spur small business expansion and the jobs that go along with this growth.\\xa0 It is disappointing to hear that the process is behind schedule.\\xa0 Read the entire article @ Waconsult.com, and subscribe to my monthly eNewsletter.
