The 'Yes' Friend: saying no and setting boundaries.

In this Episode, Farah Abdulrahman and Esha Mahendran talk about the challenges of being the 'yes' friend, the one who is always available and has a hard time saying no. We discuss some of the reasons why a person might be vulnerable to becoming the 'yes' friend, and some practical measures they can take to protect themselves and be happier in their relationships.

We also talk about how you can approach the 'yes' friend in your life, and help them gain confidence and security within your friendship.
