She is a transformational life coach and breathwork facilitator with a passion for helping people release their suppressed emotions and subconscious childhood conditioning in order to create positive life changes.Since her early teens she has been on a life-long pursuit of personal growth and spirituality as a way to understand herself and the world. Her interest in personal and professional healing work led her to discover the importance of the mind/body connection in order to let go of false beliefs and realise our innate wholeness and worthiness.Her work focuses on creating awareness of how physical, emotional, and mental wounding gets stored in the body and must be healed through not only our mental thought patterns but also releasing the energy that gets stuck in the body. Breathwork is a practice she teaches to guide clients back home to the physical and energetic body and to find where there is resistance to life, so we can surrender and expand into our fullest potential.
