This week, I\\u2019ll be sitting down with Matthew Cowdin. He is a Soldier in the United States Army. Throughout his 16-year career, he has traveled all over the United States and the world, serving in both Conventional and Special Operations Forces (SOF). In the Military, he works in IT- Satellite Communications. Outside of the Military, he is the host of The Last Chance Podcast, an amateur musician, an AirBnB host, an outdoorsman, a big picture thinker, and an advocate for living a healthy lifestyle. He is currently finishing up his degree in Environmental Science with a concentration in Sustainability. You could say his two primary concerns of the present day are the environment and the mental health woes that come from living in such a technology connected, but physically disconnected world.
