Bob Lamb is one of my biggest mentors in officiating. He was also one of the original coaches of the West Covina Dukes, a youth travel baseball team that developed players to get to higher levels. Bob was my first football instructor and I was fortunate to work my first Final with him. We talked a lot of football, baseball, and making a difference.
