The Eagles should be working out as much as possible as a team. They shouldn't be hitting, but they should running their offense and competing with their defense, but without any tackling. Nobody would be wearing equipment, but they need to get the timing in sync on every route and every play. It takes repetition to get the team prepared. I don't like the fact that the team is taking this time off.
