Published: April 13, 2021, 7 a.m.

Ray de Villiers is an interesting futurist, focussing on the future of work and riding the conversations between technological developments and the human element. Ray is a speaker and facilitator who focuses on the future world of work. He has a track record of success and failure and believes we need to draw on both of these to develop insight for the best future we can have. In times of flux, it is more important to be asking the right questions than having the right answers. Answers change but questions provide insight into change. Ray helps us frame these questions and put them into language and narrative that helps everyone understand these complex discussions.
