In Summary, Kellie lists 3 steps.

1. Define your why. Dig deep and put work in to finding out WHY you want to loose weight. Ask yourself why until you arrive at no answer, this is a great first exercise.

2. After that , your perspective will begin to change which is a key component of many changes to come especially altering\xa0 self talk.

3. You will be uncomfortable and keep going because yes, it's fucking hard, but you fortify your mindset every time you feel that discomfort.
