70% of people experience this feeling at least once in their life, particularly in the workplace. However, women, women of colour and the LGBTQ community are much more affected than men. WE NEED TO REACT ASAP.
\nThis is a serious issue because it directly affects our mental health. Feeling like an imposter day after day can lead to serious anxiety, stress, lack of sleep and focus\u2026 and of course our careers and levels of success will be impacted.
\nWe need to not only fight for equal rights but also change the narrative in our mind. We have to think of the next generation of women and minorities in general. We have to become the role models we had been looking for.
