Isles of the Blessed

I'm intrigued by randomness. I wonder how random a system can be to be confused with intent. Isles of the Blessed is highly random. I sat up a couple random biurnal oscillators and let em run for a bit. Translated that into midi, randomized velocity and timing and ran them through some instruments. It might be confused for an intentional, and shitty, composition, but nothing was purposeful. —-- TITLE: Isles of the Blessed DESCR: The wonders of our existence ARTIST: Franklyn Monk ALBUM: Dronecast TRACK: 73 GENRE: Drone YEAR: 2020 PUB: Quasigentsia TAGS: generated, drone, midi, Reaper, spitfire, galaxy, galaxies, mythology, creation, eternity, everything, Monk, drone, sustained, drone, BBC symphony Orchestra, Spitfire Audio, greek, existence, 73, dronecast, dronescapes, Hubble URL: Persistent MIRRORS: Archive Audio | Archive Video | YouTube LICENSE: Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International
