Fran Racioppi is the Founder of FRsix where he advises businesses and leaders seeking to improve themselves, their teams and organizations. Racioppi spent 13 years serving in the U.S. Army as a Special Forces Green Beret, was deployed three times to Iraq, and spent several years operating across Africa.
