As the top clubs earn huge swathes of money from Champions League performances and their international reach, competitiveness is being eroded across the vast majority of Europe\u2019s leagues \u2013 we assess how this damage has been done and what can be done to remedy it. We also mourn the end of Jurgen Klinsmann\u2019s totemic 10-week stint in charge of Hertha Berlin, as he moves upstairs, and wonder what he can provide in his new ambassadorial role.
