Well if you liked the eighties then Derek is one of the guys that help define that decade. \\nJust go down the list of bands he signed as an A&R guy with Polygram and it becomes readily apparent that where he went everyone else followed. \\nHowever, his influence didn\\u2019t stop there as he also went on to champion bands like Dream Theater and Pantera and even today he\\u2019s still got the golden ear for bands as he\\u2019s also recently brought us bands like Inglorious.\\n\\nAnd as always Focus On Metal\\u2026Everything Else is Insignificant.'
