Vipassanā is a Buddhist term that is often translated as ''insight'' and which means to see things as they really are. It is one of India's most ancient techniques of meditation.
These 10 days of meditation experience can be very powerful and game-changer, however, it’s not a magical solution to life's problems. It is a training technique that gives you another way to shape your mind and be able to face the world with a stronger mindset.
My friend Luis has experienced it this year and shares how it's different from mindfulness meditation, which focuses on awareness. For him, Vipassanā dictates a blanket command of non-reaction and helps you become a better human, for yourself and others.
