Opening:Today we are going back to my forthcoming book, Flipping Houses in Ten Days. I call it this not because you can flip a house in ten days (at least not now) but because it\u2019s ten short chapters and you can pretty easily read it in ten days. Last week I read chapter 5 on the show and didn\u2019t quite get finished. I still had a couple of pages to go when we ran out of time. But that is by far the longest chapter in the book. To prove that point today I\u2019m going to read TWO chapters. Chapters 7 and 8. Chapter 7 is \u201cCount Your Chickens\u201d and Chapter 8 is \u201cCheck Up From the Neck Up.\u201d They are coming up in a minute.
