A lot of talk, several books, and valuable minutes of nearly every self-help seminar conducted in the past 10 years have been devoted to the topic of \u201cKnowing Your Why.\u201d It\u2019s a trend for a good reason. It\u2019s important to know your Why and it\u2019s important to get beyond trivial things like \u201cmoney\u201d and \u201cthe stuff you buy with money.\u201d I value and salute the idea of \u201cknowing your Why.\u201d But today I\u2019m going to balance that with not a competing, but complementary idea. \u201cKnow Your Why Not.\u201d
