In a moment I\u2019m going to tell you how the TV shows get this seriously and dangerously wrong. Today we are going to talk about how to figure out what you made on your property. We will include all of your known expenses and talk about some of the hidden costs as well. And Roger points out that when you consider all these expenses, we all need to rethink what we are paying for our projects.
