Years ago I created my own system and at the encouragement of others, decided to publish, which we have been doing since 2017. I don’t say much about this, but my program, called the GMS planner is available for sale on Amazon. It’s a life planning system that includes an undated calendar so you can start using it anytime. It’s designed to take you through what I’ve named the GMS process. GMS is simple - stands for Goals, Milestones and Steps.
