I know many people get involved in real estate after listening to late night infomercials about “no money down” investing and how you can buy real estate with no credit, none of your own money and so on. These deals do exist but you might have to stumble over 100 good deals to find one. Those 100 deals require some money. And that money can ONLY come from one of two sources: YOU or SOMEONE ELSE. Most of us, when we get started are using money from someone else. It can be a friend, family member, or a lender, but most of us just do not have cash lying around to buy a property.
