Working with fast paced, high-tech companies such as HP/EDS, Oracle, and Informatica, Thelma figured out for herself what it meant to have work-life balance and a meaningful connection to her work to live her best life on her terms. She has developed strategic ways to overcome the dis-empowering thoughts of “I should”, “I have to”, and “I’m supposed to” and now moves through life with inspiration and authenticity. Thelma helps professionals who want to want to “work smarter, not harder” and be high performers while achieving their own work-life balance. Thelma's passion is to share her wealth of knowledge and provide detailed insights, strategies, and tools to those who don’t know where to start, or how to connect to what she calls their Genius Within.
