PSIA Nordic Team Coach, David Lawrence chats about the “Nordic Lycra invasion” sweeping the country this winter. Learn more about the Cross Country Academy 2017 happening Nov. 26 – 28 at West Yellowstone, MT. It’s open to members and non-members and features up to three days of on-snow and off-snow training. David, along wiht PSIA Nordic team members Emily Lovett and Greg Rhodes, will lead you in classic and skate ski technique improvement, teaching drills, progressions and more.
