Pat Bailey is the recruiting coordinator and assistant coach at Oregon State University, a Division I school in the Pac-12 Conference.  He graduated from the University of Idaho in 1978, where he was the Captain of the school\u2019s baseball team.  After that he spent a total of 17 years coaching High School Baseball.  Than from 1996-2007 he was the Head Coach at George Fox University, a Division III program in Newberg, Oregon.  From there he began coaching at Oregon State in 2008, where he still remains. 

We start off this podcast episode talking about Coach Bailey\u2019s jump from a Division III baseball program to a Power 5 Division I baseball program. We than dive into coaching men of character and how Coach Bailey makes that a priority for himself and his team.  Also, he explains his process of finding the character of a player on and off the baseball field.
