Paige Knussman- William Peace University | Softball at the Division III Level

Paige Knussman is an Assistant Softball coach at William Peace University a Division III program in Raleigh, North Carolina.  She played her collegiate softball career from 2013-2016 at Salisbury University a Division III program on the Eastern Shore of Maryland. While playing there she was named first team all-conference all four years and had a career .448 batting average.  In 2017, she began her coaching career at her alma mater, Salisbury University up until 2020 when she became an assistant coach at William Peace University.

In this episode, we start off talking about her transition from being a collegiate player to coach and how she handled it.  As well as how Coach Knight, the Head Coach at her alma mater helped form and impact Paige as a coach.
