Matt Pierpont is a Pitcher in the Colorado Rockies Organization.  He was drafted in 2013 in the 26th round to the Colorado Rockies out of Winthrop University. 

In this episode, we start off talking about Matt\u2019s journey through Minor League baseball within the Rockies organization and how he dealt with the positives as well as the negatives. We also dive into the mental side of the game and Matt explains his take on it.  

Matt and I also talk about his transition from a third baseman to a pitcher and how that affected his game.  Matt explains how he dealt with not only the physical transition of changing positions, but also the mental transition.
