#FEPSTalks 68: The generational impact of the coronavirus pandemic
Bel\xe9n Barreiro, CEO of 40dB and Maria Freitas, FEPS Senior Policy Advisor discuss the multidimensional aspects as how the current health crisis is affecting the experiences of young people. Bel\xe9n and Maria also discuss how the Millennial generation that already faced with the effects of the 2008 economic crisis at their emancipation age are now again bearing the burden of a new recession, just at a time when this generation was sensing a greater material stability. Bel\xe9n and Maria conclude that for Millennials, experiencing two different crisis in such a short period of time is having a huge impact on young people\u2019s lives, thoughts, actions and behaviours. The insights shared during this conversation are based on a survey powered by FEPS and Felipe Gonzalez Foundation which will be unveiled via an online conference on the 22nd February 2021.
