95. 3 Ways to Grow Your Self-Compassion & Self-Compassion Meditation

Self-Compassion IS the source of our strength. However, most of us struggle with being compassionate with ourselves. It takes self-awareness and practice to grow our self-compassion. In this episode I give you three mindset tools, with accompanying mantras/intentions, to grow and nurture your self-compassion.   1. Name & validate ALL emotions without judgement or criticism~ "I feel all of my emotions and they are all valid and okay."

  3. Release expectations/ perfectionism of Self ~ "I am not perfect nor do I expect myself to be."

  5. Accept that how we react, behave & feel is from our past (childhood) and it's not our fault, nor anyone else's ~ "I am doing the very best I can and that is enough."
