Whatever it may be, chances are you\u2019ve been conditioned to view movement in some light that doesn\u2019t capture the ways it can truly serve you, your community and your environment as a whole. \n\nAt Evolve Move Play we\u2019ve taken on the sizeable task of reawakening people to the power and purpose of a dedicated human movement practice. We\u2019ve found that movement is not only a source of physical nourishment, but mental, social, and emotional nourishment as well.
