I was asked to host the ConsciousCafe 10th birthday which focused on Gratitude. I just love ConsciousCafe discussions as I always walk away with a different perspective or a wonderful ah ha. This time it was an ah ha. Having been asked to give a talk on gratitude it was actually during the discussion afterwards that I had my own isight that gratitude can actually act to dissolve resistance.
