I’ve extracted a strange audio file I found hidden in an image posted on a dark web conspiracy forum. It sounds like somebody holding a microphone to a cassette tape player and recording clips from some radio show called the “Morning Maelstrom.”

I can’t find any information about the radio show anywhere, but considering the bizarre content, I can’t imagine it was meant to be heard by the general public.

Who uploaded it, and why?
