\\nJeff Spadafora is the Director of Global Coaching Services and Product Development for The Halftime Institute. He spent 20 years as a leadership and executive development consultant for Fortune 1000 companies such as Ford Motor Company, Sears & Roebuck, Compuware, Domino\\u2019s Pizza, Visteon,\\xa0Northern Trust Bank, Helene Curtis, and Sky\\xa0Chefs.
\\nIn 2005, Jeff was inspired by Bob Buford\\u2019s book\\xa0Halftime\\xa0and began his journey of discovering\\xa0God\\u2019s true\\xa0purpose for the\\xa0second half of his life. As he\\xa0worked with his\\xa0Halftime coach, it became clear\\xa0that his calling was\\xa0to help other people discover their calling.
\\nHe has coached over 130 men and women through the Halftime Journey and continues to make this a primary part of his ministry. As the leader of\\xa0The Halftime Institute\\u2019s global coaching staff,\\xa0he is also responsible for recruiting, training, and managing Halftime Certified coaches throughout\\xa0the world.
\\nIn addition to being the lead designer of the Halftime curriculum and\\xa0one\\xa0of the primary\\xa0facilitators of workshops for groups of people embarking on the Halftime journey, Jeff\\xa0also\\xa0writes and speaks globally about the issues of life purpose, joy, and kingdom impact.
\\nHe lives in Evergreen Colorado with his wife Michelle and 3\\xa0teenage children.\\xa0 He enjoys\\xa0fishing, hunting, skiing, mountain biking and everything else the great outdoors of Colorado has to offer.
