The Royal and Ancient Golf Club in St. Andrews, Scotland, votes September 18 on whether to admit women. If the measure passes, the club will be firmly planted in the 20th century.  They're following in the sexist footsteps of Augusta National, where it took 10 years of activism and nearly $80 million in legal settlements to break the Green Dinosaurs. Women knew all along it wasn’t about golf.
