Connie\'s Motivational Quote is by ~ Dalai Lama

“People take different roads seeking fulfillment and happiness.Just because they’re not on your road doesn’t mean they’ve gotten lost.”

How many of us are searching for our life’s purpose? There is so much information available, so how do we choose the correct philosophy or process to explore to see which one will work for us?

Today your host, Connie Whitman, speaks with Christopher Rolke, who has spent a lot of time searching for deeper meaning and purpose in life, where he has found answers in the ancient Vedic sciences of India. He learned Ayurveda and became a certified Holistic Health Counselor in 2017 and was introduced to Bhakti yoga, the yoga of devotional service, in the same year. This gradually led him to the path of learning the Gaudiya Vaishnava tradition of West Bengal, India.

Working as a Holistic Health Counselor, Christopher uses sound healing for stress management and group work with adults who have developmental disabilities, and Ayurvedic nutrition counseling with private clients.

Now he volunteers full time at the Bhakti Vedanta Institute of Spiritual Culture and Science in Princeton, NJ.The institute works to bridge the current western scientific community with the ancient Vedic science of India.
