When a person needs a miracle, God sends them someone WITH INSTRUCTIONS.
We can reference Naaman.. He met the prophet and OBEYED the instruction.
\nThe widow and the prophet. He said to her go make me a morsel FIRST. she OBEYED.
\nThe wedding where Jesus turned water to wine. He gave instructions too.
\nObey God's instructions and see your miracle in your hand.
