18. Lindsay Dare Shoop
For today's episode, we had the great pleasure of speaking with American rower Lindsay Dare Shoop. She\u2019s an Olympic Champion, a 3x World Champion, a 5x World Cup medalist and a US National Rowing Hall of Fame inductee. We speak about how she was first introduced to rowing half-way through college after some time of feeling insecure and doubting her own abilities. She shares a lot of insights from experiences and things that she\u2019s accomplished throughout her career and explains how she now uses what she\u2019s learnt in her daily life as an elite performance coach and motivational speaker. Lindsay released her own book ''Better Great Than Never'' in 2020 and also speaks about what went into the book and what we all can learn from reading it.
