Things That Hold You Back In Life

Have you ever been stuck in what feels like a never-ending cycle of spinning your wheels, but getting nowhere? Without even realizing it, you may be the one standing in your own way on your journey to success. When we\u2019re not seeing the results or progress that we want to see, it\u2019s easy to blame outside circumstances. Other people, the environment, our financial situation, our circumstances, etc. We look at those things as a way to pass the blame for why we\u2019re not achieving our goals or seeing success. In reality, you are the #1 thing that holding you back from be successful.\n\nYes, it\u2019s true there are outside circumstances, that are out of our control. Those things can impact your goals and your journey to get to them. But, if we\u2019re honest, the main determining factor for your life is you; you are in the driver\u2019s seat. This may be difficult to hear, but try to shift your perspective. This means that you are also the one that holds the key to your success; you have the power. That means you have great potential to achieve everything you want in life.\nHere are some everyday things, that are holding you back in Life:\n\n1). People pleasing.\n2). Fear.\n3). Excuses.\n4). Lack of self-care.\n5). Not having clear goals.\n6). Negativity.\n7). Self-doubt & imposter syndrome.\n8). Avoiding past issues.\n9). Waiting for the \u201cRight Time\u201d. \n10). Quitting too easily.\n11). Inauthenticity.\n12). Surrounding yourself with complacency.\n\nGo out there and be great, because great is calling you and great is calling me.
