There really is such a thing as being too generous, especially during the holidays. In 2019, Americans budgeted, on average, $8,461 for presents. That can be a tough bill to face in the new year. Here are some holiday spending tips to help get you through the season with your wallet intact.\n\n(1). Know Who You Are Purchasing Gifts For. Write down \u201ceveryone\u201d you plan to give gifts to. Then put a dollar figure next to each name.\xa0\n\n(2). Research To Get The Price Possible.
