Follow the Compass with Rasa Pavarde

With Netball not being chosen as an Olympic sport, again this year for being "too girly", we meet Rasa Pavarde who has made her stand for equality on the streets and, now, on our podcast. What does it take to be an Olympic athlete? We find out as Rasa details the lengths one must go to to achieve true excellence. This week is an animal tips special with all three tips focused on engaging with the animal Kingdom, as a runner and a human. Rasa provides us with tips on sleep, organising violent protests and Gary gets some psychology intervention from Rasa's mum Ratcha McFatchett.
