Hugh van Cuylenburg is the Founding Director/Facilitator of the world renowned Resilience Project.\n\nIf you have been living under a rock and haven't heard of the Resilience Project, it's one of the biggest mental health and wellness programs running in Australia at the moment. They connect through presentations, wellbeing journals, school curriculum, teacher diaries and their own app.\n\nAlso many of you would be aware of The Resilience Project book which is one of the best reads I\u2019ve come across and im sure you'll want to have a listen after todays episode!
